Meet and greet

We would be happy to visit you to get acquainted, introduce ourselves and our services, free of any obligations.

During the introduction, we can discuss the possibilities and details of a collaboration and answer any of your questions.

2 Regulations
Regulations

Renting out in compliance with the rules and regulations is very important to us. We can advise you on every detail and particularities.

We'll make sure that you are always aware of the current rules and regulations.

3 Setting up a collaboration
Setting up our collaboration

We assist you in every step setting up our collaboration. Setting up a collaboration can be done with a short timeframe, if requested we can be up-and-running within 24 hours.

Together, we set up a tenant profile.

We inform you about the standard conditions of the the agreement and implement your conditions.

We advise on how to set up- and prepare your home for the rental.

We can give an indication of the expected revenue. Your decision on the rental price is always leading.

1 Candidate tenants

We answer any questions from candidate tenants and determine in they match with the requested tenant profile.

As soon as there is a 'match', we carry out a further screening of the candidates, which includes examining whether the tenant (s) are financially resilient.

If this is the case, we will go to the next step and schedule a viewing and personal meeting.

2 Viewings of the property
Viewings of the property

During a viewing we get to know- and assess the candidate tenant(s).

We show them around the property, informing them about the rental and answer any of their questions.

Finally, we discuss the Term and Conditions to set clear expectations.

3 Getting acquaited with the candidate(s)
Meeting the candidate(s)

If candidates meet all the conditions and are genuinely interested, we can schedule an introduction between you and the candidate(s).

This introduction is optional, depending if you would like to personally meet a candidate before deciding to rent out the property to him or her.

4 The lease-agreement
The lease-agreement

We draft a pro-forma rental agreement and submit it to you for approval

Together we discuss the rental conditions and details in order to properly manage everyone's expectations.

When this has been done, we'll draft the final rental agreement.

5 Signing | Delivery of the property | Key-handover
Signing | Delivery of the property

We schedule a date and time for signing the lease-agreement and the delivery of the property.

6 Delivering the property to the tenant(s)
Delivering the property

During the delivery of the property, we make an inventory of- and capture the state of the property.

The purpose of making and capturing the inventory is to be able to carry out a thorough check of the property at the end of the rental period.

7 Periodic Cleaning
Cleaning in between bookings

We can take care of a periodic cleaning session during the rental period.

That way, we can stay on top of things.

This service is optional.

8 Challenges | Issues during the rental period
During the rental period

During the whole duration of the lease agreement, we are the (first) point of contact for the tenant(s) in case of any questions and / or calamities.

Any noteworthy incident, will also be reported to you.

Over the years we have built up an extensive network of handymen, plumbers, locksmiths, ...
We have a solution for any urgent issue.

We schedule an appointment with the tenant on the last day of the rental period.

We thoroughly inspect the property and determine if it's being delivered in accordance with the inventory (delivery) at the start of the rental period.

Getting to work

We answer any questions from candidate tenants and determine in they match with the requested tenant profile. 

As soon as there is a 'match', we carry out a further screening of the candidates, which includes examining whether the tenant (s) are financially resilient.

We and the tenant schedule the delivery of the property, signing the agreement and the key handover. We make an inventory report of the property. The purpose of making this inventory is to be able to carry out a thorough inspection of the property at the end of the rental period.

We can take care of a periodic cleaning session during the rental period. This enables us to stay on top of things.

During the whole duration of the lease agreement, we are the (first) point of contact for the tenant(s) in case of any questions and / or calamities.

Completion
