Al vanaf de start van L'easeaway zijn wij zeer tevreden klanten. Eva en Kobe verzorgen de Airbnb-verhuur van ons appartement als we op vakantie zijn én zij hebben een huurder geselecteerd voor de verhuur van ons beleggingsappartement. Een persoonlijke aanpak, oog voor detail en het snel en effectief reageren op ad hoc situaties, dat is waar Eva en Kobe voor ons voor staan. Met alle vertrouwen geven wij hen de regie uit handen!

Kobe en Eva zijn met recht super hosts. Ontzettend attent en professioneel naar de gasten toe met oog voor details. Ze behandelen ons huis alsof het hun eigen huis is. Ze zijn punctueel, komen hun afspraken na, hun communicatie met de gasten is vlot, netjes, in perfect engels en ze lossen problemen snel en professioneel op. Wij zijn ongelofelijk tevreden over hun service. We kunnen ze meer dan 100% aanbevelen.

Top communicatie en service. Ik zou ons appartement niet willen verhuren zonder l'easeaway. Heb ook ervaring met andere bedrijfjes die zelfde service claimen te bieden maar die kunnen lang niet tippen aan l'easeaway. Ik ben erg blij met ze en zou ze zeker aanraden.

L'easeaway is responsible for renting our apartment ever since we do this. From the start Eva and Kobe arrange everything that needs to be arranged: making a great profile with matching pictures. They screen the renters well and are very aware of the wishes we as owners have. They are excellent hosts to the guest and when we return to our apartment, it is spotless and tidy. And on top of this all, Eva and Kobe are super friendly as well!

Kobe en Eva zijn ontzettend leuke, lieve en attente mensen. Ze zijn daadwerkelijk 24/7 bereikbaar en altijd bereid om gasten hulp te bieden indien nodig. Van mijn gasten kreeg ik altijd goede berichten over de warme ontvangst door Kobe en Eva.

Beste mensen, Ik heb mijn appartement meerdere malen via leasaway verhuurd. Het contact met Kobe en Eva liep perfect. Nooit enig gedoe gehad. My family of four, with an 18 & 20 year old stayed for a week at Eva and Kobe's home in Amsterdam. We were delighted with everything! The home was VERY spacious with a private backyard, very clean, perfectly located on a quiet residential street but walking distance to every major attraction with lots of neighborhood restaurants and 1/2 block to the tram. Eva and Kobe responded immediately to any question we had about the home. We were thrilled with our stay and adored the city of Amsterdam!

Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in. The location is wonderful, with great transport links to everything in Amsterdam. The house is incredible, with large, light spaces to relax in or dine together as a group. Eva & Kobe were wonderful hosts too, helping us with parking, tips and being generally responsive.

The flat is amazing! From top to bottom. The location is great and easily accessible to every part of Amsterdam by bike especially. We can't speak highly enough of our time at the flat, dealing with Eva & Kobe, or Amsterdam!

Eva & Kobe’s place is spacious, clean and well appointed. It looks just like the photos. They were very quick with responses and gave good advice on things to do locally during our stay. There were nice touches on arrival such as a bottle of wine, some beers and even a Christmas card on the table which added a personal touch. It’s in a great part of the city very close to both Vondelpark and the Food Hallen. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Emplacement top en plein centre d Amsterdam tout en étant au calme ! eva et Kobe nous ont donné beaucoup d informations très utiles pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour.

Peniche bien équipée notamment pour cuisiner, jeux de fléchettes, et belles attentions à notre arrivée ( frigo avec eau bière glace). Nous reviendrons !
